Im normally a nice, patient type of person. But as of today marks the 20 working days for site commencement. We drive to our block of land hoping to see something! But!........wait for it! Next door have their roof tiles on our block of land! Ok after nice asking for previous removals of roof tiles and boundary fences on our block of land many times. TREVELLE homes you are making one woman turn into an angry hulk! This means Allworth might charge us for not clearing our land! Delaying our build! Please god let there be light in the tunnel. Allworth just start already so Trevelle doesnt put stuff on our block of land AGAIN! PLEASE!!!!!!
Dear Trevelle,
I am tempted to send you care packs of sugar free haribbo bears.

Hi andrea what's happening, looks like you are too frustrated. 20 working days started when Allworth received your bank letter.
ReplyDeleteHey Cameron! Yes they confirmed they received the letter of commencement on the 6th of May. Its now 3rd of June. So 20 working days would be today. Its really not going so well down our way hehe. When did they start yours after they got the bank letter?
DeleteRing allworth and find a reason for delay, I can answer you. If your neighbour dumped materials on your site, allworth won't touch your site until it's cleared.
ReplyDeleteGo and look neighbours fence, they must place a contact number on a fence. May be it's a private certifier number or council person number. Ring them and make a complaint , they will fix straightaway.
Ours signed contract 9th oct
Letter to allworth 20th oct
Site work starts 13th nov
How much you pay for alfresco floor?
ReplyDeleteHey cameron! It costed us $1590.00.
DeleteWe would probably tile it after.
Trevelle advised us they cant move the seven pallettes of roof tiles off our block til Friday. Im holding them to that because that definitely pushes back our build time. We had an issue trying to put through our own electrical work. Talked to the GM of Allworth and lucky enough he let us. Im actually quite thankful for that. Also mentioned our build was meant to start like now, but he said everything is good and should start next week. Im hoping those damn tiles will be gone. What will you be doing with your alfresco?
Iam going to do coloured concrete with extending of floor to 800mm each side under eaves, cost for us around 1000$, not tiled now, see how later.
ReplyDeleteSomeone in the blog advised me, In sydney If building a harmony entertainer, alfresco area will be including concrete floor, is that true?
The sales consultant told us that it wasnt included.
