Electricians did their final things. Oven is installed,strip lighting looking cool! Data completed, hot water controllers installed as well. Some faulty lights fixed. Almost finished! I know landscaping will be a challenge hehe.

Hi Andrea, One more question, Can you please advise the size of the kitchen cubboard and bulk head above? Did you change the size of cupboards or just adjusted their height only?
Hey gaggy, sorry to msg so late. Only just had nbn installed today. I have measured our bulk head to be 15 cm from bottom of cornice to top of cupboard. The cupboard height is About 69 cm. I only adjusted The height I think. The splashback height is 69 cm. Hope that helps :)
Hi Andrea, With your overhead cupboard in the kitchen did you have to pay extra for the ducted range hood to have the cupboard directly on top? We upgraded to have a ducted range hood but i've heard I don't get what you have i just get a regular stand alone one. Thanks
I think from memory if you went with tiled splashback the standard range hood was included. But we went with glass splashback and we had to get a concealed range hood which costed extra about $800. We found that even with the cupboards in the middle with the concealed range hood, you could not fit much in it.
True. But ducted rangehood is included for Harmony. My friend is building Sonata and paid extra for the same. We paid extra only for the concealed rangehood and cupboards only. We had to upgrade to concealed rangehood as well due to the glass splashback as well.
Thanks guys, we are getting tiled but i think the standard range hood that comes in the sonata is an ugly white thing. Will have to get it upgraded i think

60cm for splashback correction.

No they took it out. We had to get someone to put the nbn box in the garage. It's definitely fast!

DeleteHarmony has got ducted rangehood as an inclusion. For other designs if it is not mentioned, you have to pay extra to get it ducted. But worth it.
