I dont know.. but Im kind of thinking the paperwork side for Allworth is bloody taking forever! We email our CSO and get a reply a week later, didnt even get a final tender yet so we can go to the bank to fix up the pre-approval. Their communication is definitely lacking. I'm actually quite annoyed about it.
Once DA approved, Allworth lodge construction certificate, Usually its take up to 2 weeks then Your CSO will finalise paperwork. Once everything complete they will make an appointment to sign a contact.

ReplyDeleteMost of the builders take around same amount of time. Try ringing them instead of email.
Even if you think that allworth are slower than other builders in paperwork, they definitely make it up in construction.
My site was leveled 1/10/13 and handover was on 17/12/13.
The estate I'm in, people started similar sized houses months ahead of us and they are still under construction.
I used to whine about paper work as well. It took them around six months. Ams they could have easily reduced that time by five weeks.
Well we did have an email now from the Allworth CSO saying they are doing the contracts now. They are just waiting on the waterboard, because we have a sewer line beneath just at the front. Wow @ Anurag Bansal- your build definitely was very quick! What type of house did you build?
